Job Overview
A reputed kindergarten school in JVC, Dubai is urgently hiring Bus Attendants and Daycare Staff to ensure the safety, supervision, and comfort of young children during school transportation and daily school activities. This role is suitable for both male and female candidates who are caring, responsible, and enjoy working with children.
Key Responsibilities

Assist children in boarding and exiting the school bus safely.

Ensure all children are properly seated and seatbelts are fastened.

Maintain discipline and order during the commute.

Monitor and care for children during school hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

Communicate with bus drivers, teachers, and parents regarding any concerns.

Support children with special needs or disabilities, if necessary.

Help manage basic daycare responsibilities within the school premises.

Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for young children.
Job Requirements

No prior experience required (0–1 year experience preferred).

Compassionate, friendly, and patient personality.

Basic communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

Punctual, responsible, and attentive to children’s needs.

Must be physically fit to assist small children.
